User Agreement

Guidelines for using KeenCRM as a registered user.

1. Scope

This User Agreement applies to all individuals granted access to a KeenCRM tenant (workspace) by an account owner or administrator. By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to: (a) Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others; (b) Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes; (c) Not attempt to access data belonging to other tenants; (d) Report any suspected security breaches to your account administrator immediately; (e) Comply with all applicable Vietnamese laws when using the Service.

3. Data Entry & Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the system. KeenCRM provides tools for data management but is not responsible for the accuracy of your business data. You should maintain regular exports of critical data.

4. Intellectual Property

All KeenCRM software, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Keen Digital Co., Ltd. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the software. Your business data remains your property at all times.

5. Multi-User Access

Each subscription includes a specified number of user seats. Sharing login credentials to exceed the user limit is prohibited. Account owners can manage user access through the Settings panel.

6. Code of Conduct

Users must not: (a) Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content; (b) Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam); (c) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service; (d) Interfere with other users' access to the Service.

7. Suspension & Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend individual user accounts that violate this Agreement, without affecting the broader tenant account. The account owner will be notified of any enforcement actions.
